MetaPWR is a 30-minute metabolic resistance workout that builds upon the principles of MetaFIT, using more equipment and a power-based approach for a high-intensity, calorie-burning experience. It involves compound movements and short rest periods to challenge the anaerobic energy system, increasing metabolism and burning fat. Normally done in a circuit style class utilising equipment such as Kettlebells, medicine balls, Battle ropes, Bulgarian bags, skipping ropes and more.
Combat is a high-energy, non-contact, martial arts-inspired workout.. It combines elements of various martial arts like karate, boxing, taekwondo, and more, in a fun and accessible way. Participants punch, kick, and perform striking movements to music, targeting various muscle groups and burning calories. Lets have fun while we workout!
Hiit-Em Fitness coaches create a bootcamp which is a short, intensive training program designed to rapidly increase fitness and cardiovascular. Modified options are also possible, but this class is suited to very fit to unfit individuals wanting to work harder at reaching their full potential. Mainly body weighted exercises, however, coaches will bring in some equipment such as Kettlebells, Battle ropes and Dead balls.
Our strength class offers clients a low impact option, we use weights and body weight exercises to create a full body strength workout. Free weights are great for core strength and stability! No burpee's we promise!
Another low impact resistance based class offering a range of strength exercises targeting the Abs, Butts and Thighs. This class is great for injuries and rehabilitation, we use Resistance bands and other free weight equipment to get your lower BURNING!
